What we collect
When you use the advice form we collect your name, phone number, intent (buying or selling), timeline and any message you write. When you subscribe to the newsletter we collect your email address. We do not collect anything else, and we do not buy data about you.
Why we collect it
Form details are used solely to respond to your enquiry. Email addresses are used solely to send the newsletter you signed up for. This is the consent basis under Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
Who processes it
Our website runs on Vercel; form submissions and newsletter emails are delivered through Resend; site analytics use Vercel Analytics and Google Analytics. Each processes data on our behalf under their own safeguards. We never sell or rent your personal data.
How long we keep it
Enquiry emails are kept while your enquiry is live and for up to two years after, in case you come back. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe — every email includes a one-click unsubscribe.
Your rights
You may ask what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw consent at any time. Write to hello@hometruly.sgand we’ll respond within 30 days as PDPA requires.
